Funny man Jim Carrey may only be 47, but he’s already joined the grandparents club. The Grinch confirmed his daughter Jane Carrey gave birth to a bouncing baby boy, Friday, Feb. 26, RadarOnline.com reports.

Jane and husband Alex Santana, both 22, welcomed their first child, Jackson Riley Santana, and this baby obviously has the entertainment industry in his genes. Beside his funny, famous grandfather, his father is a member of the metal band, Blood Money, and his mother is the front woman for the Jane Carrey Band.

So it only seemed right for little Jackson to make a grand entrance into the world at a Los Angeles hospital at 12:28am -- days before the due date, which was March 3. The newborn weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 inches long.

The couple wed last November. Jane's mother is Jim's first wife, Melissa Womer.
