Jimmy Fallon Accused of Sexual Discrimination

The Suit is not what you would expect it to be.

Jimmy Fallon, host of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and SML alum is being hit with a sexual discrimination lawsuit. The case may not be what you expect it to be, a man is suing Fallon.

Former stage manager Paul Tarasico filed a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. He claims that he was demoted and eventually fired because he was a man. Tarascio previously worked for Conan O’Brien before the blow up with him and Jay Leno.

Tarascio’s lawyer Dominick Bratti, released a statement saying, “Jimmy just prefers to take direction from a woman.” And added that Fallon only wanted woman technicians to place microphones on him. He also said that Tarascio is not looking for a large cash settlement, but he just wants his old job back.

Fallon nor NBC has released a statement about the upcoming lawsuit.
