Joe Francis Requests Money Back From The U,S

Joe Francis from "Girls Gone Wild" filed a request to court asking for his money back

Joe Francis is requesting back the money withheld from him by the government, reported TMZ.

The "Girls Gone Wild" owner and chief filed documents asking a judge to release back money the government froze.

Earlier in November the IRS filed a lien against Francis for $33,819,087.14, claiming Francis owed the money from three years of back taxes from 2001 to 2003.

The federal police seized more than $100 million from his account forcing Francis to be on the brink of filing for personal bankruptcy.

Francis is involved in a civil lawsuit case involving four parties who are suing him for supposed damages caused by participating in the "Girls Gone Wild" videos while under aged. Francis was scheduled to appear in court by order of Judge Richard Smoak, but failed to show because of an alleged inner ear infection.

Francis had previously pleaded guilty to filing false tax returns and avoided more jail time as the judge sentenced him to pay $250,000 restitution and $10,000 fine.
