Joe Jackson says he was dependent on his son's income
The head of the Jackson family, Joe who put together and trained the Jackson boys to become stars says he has a living expense far exceeding $20,000 a month.
Paperwork filed in court on Friday claims that Joe Jackson relied on his late son's salary and now is asking for the estate to help cover his living expenses. The documents state that he is deserved the same if not more of support that his ex wife got from the estate a few months ago in a court ruling. The paperwork shows how Jackson took care of his father's bills for decades.
It is not enough that the man scarred his son and destroyed his childhood of the very talented singer but he wants to have his bills continued to be paid from his dead son's earnings. Honestly there is a special place is hell waiting for this man. Why is he spending more than $20,000 a month, and why should his son's estate cover it?
"It was quite surprising to learn of the request. Mr. Jackson's petition will be considered as are all requests for money from Michael's estate" stated Howard Weitzman, a lawyer for the late Jackson as reported on LATimes.com.
