Jon and Kate plan to spend the holidays together

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are both joint-shared custody days, so both parents will be spending those days with their eight children. This means the two, who are currently involved in a divorce battle that is not exactly friendly, will be in the same house together.

The two will try to keep their holiday traditions as they've always been, in order to give their children some stability and familiarity. "That way they have the sense of security with everything that's going on," Jon said in an interview with PopEater.com.
