Jon Gosselin accuses Kate of Stealing Money

Jon Gosselin has filed court papers that Kate should be held in contempt for making unauthorized withdrawals from their joint bank account.

Kate has previously accused Jon of taking $230,000 out of their account. Now, Jon is saying that his estranged wife, between July 15 and Sept 15, withdrew more than $60,000 without showing proper documentation, which violates a court arbitrator's rules.

Jon also is claiming that Kate took $9,800 from another account in July and $1 million between Feb. 2008 and June 2009 and it hasn't been properly accounted for. The pair holds four bank accounts.

The papers filed by Jon continue on to say that Kate hasn't deposited $7,500 per month into their account which was court ordered.

Mark Heller, Jon's lawyer, says the reason they went public with the court papers is because Mark Momjian, Kate's attorney, continues to aggressively attack Jon in the media.
