Jon Gosselin Returns Money From Joint Account

Jon apparently returned all money owed from joint account with Kate after being ordered by court.

On the latest Gosselin family news, Jon Gosselin returned the money he owed from the joint account he had with Kate Gosselin, People magazine reported.

Jon returned the money he took from the account after being ordered by the court to return $180,000. Kate, meanwhile, has to appear in court on Monday and account for the $55,000 she withdrew allegedly for household expenses. According to Mark Heller, Jon's lawyer, she has yet to return the money from the account.

The couple was ordered to return any money removed to the joint account early October by a judge, after both filed contempt motions against each other for violation of the joint account guidelines.

Although Heller announced Jon was now in "complete compliance" with the court orders, he refused to answer if Jon had paid the entire $180,000 owed but told People magazine they had done everything needed to remove Jon from any issues concerning contempt.
