Joss Whedon to direct an episode of "Glee"
Dollhouse creator Joss Whedon will direct an upcoming episode of "Glee."
Fox's Glee is in store for a treat: Entertainment Weekly reported that Joss Whedon, creator of "Dollhouse," has just signed on to direct one of the back nine episodes of the show.
Whedon has directed muscal numbers before, doing a musical episode of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and the web-sensation "Dr. Horrible's Sing-A-Long Blog." He is excited to take part in the show, as he has become a big fan.
The LA Times quoted Whedon's post on his fan site Whedonesque: "A guest director can bring a huge amount to the party
but the party isn't his. I just want to work with good people on a show that I like enough to have watched every episode several times." Whedon plans to work on "Glee" after he finishes work on this season of "Dollhouse."
