Journey Continues Touring
Classic rockers Journey adds more dates to their ever expanding tour.
Journey added on singer, Arnel Pineda, after discovering his talent off of YouTube.com. Pineda has been touring with the band for the past two years. They have been on a world tour, and they will be coming back to America this summer and will start their new summer tour.
The 29-city tour begins on May 23 at Sacramento, California's Raley Field, and ends on September 26 at the New Orleans Arena in Lousiana.
Last June, Journey released Revelation, which is a "three-disc package, including 11 re-recorded greatest hits featuring Pineda's lead vocals, one with new material, and one DVD of their performance at the Planet Hollywood Theatre for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas," according to LiveDaily.com.
Keyboardist Jonathan Cain told LiveDaily.com, "We were feeding [Arnel] a song a day. 'Go home and learn this and come back and sing it tomorrow.' That's basically what he did."
