Jude Law becomes a father for the fourth time

Jude Law, 36, is again a father. This is his first child with ex model Samantha Burke, 24. He has three children already with his ex-wife, Sadie Frost.

Law will star as Dr. Watson, Sherlock Holmes' (Robert Downey Jr.) right hand man in the movie directed by Guy Ritchie.

Burke and Law had a brief relationship last year that some sources say happen while he was filming "Sherlock Holmes."

The news of Burke's pregnancy was made public this past July, and Law said he would be fully supportive of the child even though he does not have a relationship with its mother. Burke has been criticized as a gold digger.

The actress states that it was not her choice to publish the story of the pregnancy that "she did not think of the money side of the things."

According to LATimes.com, the baby girl that Burke gave birth to weighs 5 pounds, 12 ounces and is named Sophia.
