Jude Law's Baby Mama is a Florida-based Model

On Wednesday a statement was released saying Jude Law had a baby on the way. The mother-to-be was unknown and mentioned as a "past relationship from last fall." Today, the mama to be is coming out of the wood works.

According to People, the mother to be is Samantha Burke. Although she is not known to many, she is an "aspiring actress and Florida model."

A lawyer for Burke released a statement earlier today.

"Ms. Burke can confirm that she did in fact have a relationship with Mr. Law and that she has informed Mr. Law that she is expecting his child later this fall." Burke's lawyer did not identify himself when sharing this with TMZ.

"Since informing Mr. Law of the pregnancy, he has been nothing but responsive and supportive of Ms. Burke and the pregnancy." the lawyer went on to say.

A rep for Jude Law declined to comment in response to the statement.

When Law announced the pregnancy yesterday he would not identify the mother but his rep said, "Mr. Law is no longer in a relationship with the individual concerned but he intends to be a fully supportive part of the child's life. This is an entirely private matter and no other statements will be made."
