Lindsay Lohan Ordered to Appears In Court Late!

Lindsay Lohan arrived at her probation hearing in Beverly Hills on Friday Oct 16 more than an hour late.

The judgment was made after Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley explained why the actress failed to complete the required alcohol education classes required by her existing three year probation.

Judge Marsha N. Revel noticed that Lohan was away in Paris for her clothing line and clarified she must ask for temporary permission to leave. The approved notices for leave do not include to "go shopping" or "go vacationing".

"Anytime you request a leave of absence for more than 21 days, you must get court approval. If you don't do that, the deputy district attorney will be asking for jail time." The judge said.

Lohan has only attended 13 of her 26 group classes, 13 out of 28 self-help sessions and 15 of 26 individual alcohol education classes all required by her probation.
