Selena Gomez can once again sleep soundly at night.

E! Online reported the 19-year-old was granted a three-year restraining order against Thomas Brodnicki, who the Wizards of Waverly Place star claimed stalked her and threatened her life.

Gomez received the grant on Friday by Superior Court Judge William D. Stewart in Los Angeles. It prevents the 46-year-old from trying to contact her and requires he stay away from the Disney darling.

According to the Washington Post, last year another judge dropped the felony stalking charge against Brodnicki because he found no evidence he was a threat to Gomez.

In addition, Stewart delayed the grant twice because he wanted to hear what Brodnicki had to say about the situation.

The restraining order was enforced after a hearing on Wednesday, which Gomez did not attend.

In October, she filed a declaration that stated she lived in fear for her life because her stalker had been threatening to kill her.

Prosecutors said he stalked the “Love You Like a Love Song” singer between July and October.

In December, Brodnicki also filed his own declaration and wrote that he also believes Gomez has a rightful reason to be worried.

The restraining order also includes Gomez’s family.
