Judge Will Settle McCartney Divorce Ruling on March 17

British Judge, Hugh Bennett, will finally settle the McCartney/Mills bitter divorce hearing.

The Associated Press announced that a British judge will give the financial terms of Paul McCartney and Heather Mills's divorce settlement on March 17.

The Judicial Communications Office said Judge Hugh Bennett will deliver his ruling to McCartney, Mills and their lawyers during a private court hearing. Judge Bennett will then decide whether to make any of the ruling public.

Mills and McCartney separated in 2006 after four years of marriage and have a 4-year-old daughter, Beatrice. The former couple spent six days in court earlier this month trying to decide on Mills's share of McCartney's fortune, which is estimated at up to $1.6 billion.

Earlier media reports have suggested McCartney offered Mills about $50 million and that she was seeking at least double that amount.
