Julia Roberts is America's Highest Paid Sweetheart
Julia Roberts leads the way as the highest paid actress in America.
For the second year in a row, Julia Roberts has topped the chart as the highest paid actress in America, averaging $20 million per film. Although she has been apparantly absent from the screen the past year, as she celebrated the birth of her twins, she still came in first, beating out actresses Nicole Kidman ($16-17 million per film), Reese Witherspoon, and Drew Barrymore, who each can claim $15 million per film. The list was released today on the Hollywood Reporter website, and will appear in its Women in Entertainment Power 100 issue in December.
