Julia Robert's Return

Julia Roberts is set to make her return to the big screen opposite fellow Oscar winner, Tom Hanks. The Erin Brockovich star took much deserved time off in 2004 after the birth of her children. The lure of the big screen is now calling her name again, this time in the form of Closer director, Mike Nichols. Roberts is in talks to play Texan socialite Joann Herring. The story will focus on Herring and her real-life story of Congressman Charlie Wilson, who fought to fund the Afghan rebels' battle against the Russians. The movie, which will be called Charlie Wilson's War, will be the first film for the actress since Ocean's Twelve in 2004. There are also talks about a third installment of Ocean's Eleven.
