It’s been reported that Julianne Moore is set to play Sarah Palin in the upcoming film HBO Game Change, with Ed Harris as John McCain and Woody Harrelson as their campaign manager Steve Schmidt.

The trailer has now been released, proving that The Kids Are All Right star has not only perfected Palin’s look but her Alaskan accent as well, just as Tina Fey famously did on Saturday Night Live in a series of playful skits about Palin.

People reports that the 51-year-old Moore showcases her accent in just one line in the trailer, accepting the 2008 Republican nomination for vice president alongside senator McCain.

McCain says in the trailer, "So find me a woman,” about selecting his running-mate and making sure they were going to be a “game changer.”

USA Today reports that rather than focusing on the Barack Obama’s victory, the film is about the McCain-Palin campaign.

Entertainment Weekly reports that the film will solely focus on the eleventh hour arrival of Palin in McCain’s campaign.

Sarah Paulson will also play a McCain aide. While Peter MacNicol plays campaign aide Rick Davis. Game Change comes to the small screen in March.
