Justin and Cameron Split!

After more than three years of dating, Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz decided to go their separate ways. MTV News reports that Timberlake and Diaz confirmed their breakup today in a joint statement saying, "We have, in fact, ended our romantic relationship and have done so mutually and as friends, with continued love and respect with one another."

Reports started over the holiday season, when the pair spent the season apart; Timberlake in Memphis, Tennessee with his family, and Diaz with her family, skiing in Colorado. More rumors of the breakup started to spread after Diaz was a no-show for the Los Angeles premiere of Timberlake's debut film, Alpha Dog. They have been known to keep silent about their relationship, but due to speculative rumors that have spread over the past couple of weeks, Timberlake and Diaz decided to break their silence in order to set the record straight. They will, of course, remain very close friends.
