Is Timberlake and Biel�s relationship on or off?

After a three year relationship it has been reported by US Weekly in its latest issue that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have called it quits. It is said to be Timberlake who ended things over the phone 'about a month ago.' A friend told US Weekly it is just Biel in 'severe denial and won't accept the split.'

But sources tell People they have not broken up. On Monday the couple were photographed together, holding hands, in Northern California.
