Justin Timberlake Moves Grammy Seat Away from Spears

An article in British tabloid The Mirror is claiming that an angry Justin Timberlake demanded his seat be moved away from Brittney Spears at this year’s Grammy Awards.

Timberlake was originally supposed to be seated directly next to his former flame, a fact that made him very unhappy.

Not that Justin harbors any ill will towards Brit-Brit, or at least if he does, he wasn’t citing that as the reasoning behind the seating rearrangement. A source told The Mirror that Timberlake was angry about potential rumors that might result to the two being shown on camera together. He simply did not want anymore speculation about a breakup with longtime girlfriend Jessica Biel.

It’s no wonder Justin would feel this way after several tabloids reported that Timberlake was having a steamy affair with sexy songstress Rihanna this fall. The rumor was never backed up with any substantial proof, but that didn’t stop anyone from stating it as fact.

Also, this January tabloids began reporting that Biel and Timberlake had split while Jessica was out climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro with a water crisis advocacy group. Both Timberlake and Biel have vehemently denied the rumors, and their relationship seems to be going strong.

Grammy Award organizers gladly accommodated Timberlake’s request and moved Brittney across the aisle from him. And though it seems that the days of Spears/Timberlake photos might be over, we can all agree that the vision of young love in matching denim will forever live on in our hearts.
