Justin Timberlake Wins Restraining Order
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Cunningham granted a permanent, three-year restraining order against Karen McNeil. McNeil was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Justin Timberlake, his home, and his vehicle. She is also not allowed to contact him directly or indirectly. Timberlake, 28, did not testify in person but submitted a signed affidavit. E!Onlinesaid Timberlake called McNeil an "obsessed and mentally unstable stalker" and "does not personally know or have any relationship with her."
Karen McNeil was arrested on Timberlake's property Oct. 22, having brought a cab full of her belongings. McNeil wrote in a court filing that she wanted to marry singer, Timberlake so he could rule the world with her.
Timberlake has won six Grammy Awards. He is currently working on his next film, "Social Network."
