Did Justin Timberlake finally proposed to girlfriend of four years Jessica Biel in December?

According to US Weekly, Timberlake got down on one knee while on a trip in the mountains of Jackson, Wyoming. "Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place," an insider told the magazine.

The pair took a brief split earlier this year, and "When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step."

Timberlake, 30, and Biel, 29, were seen on a double date with Biel's parents in October, the Huffington Post reports. They have also been spotted on a bike ride and having brunch in recent months. Rumors of an engagement started surfacing mid-December, after the couple had vacationed at the five-star Amangani Resort in Wyoming.

While there has been no official comment on the rumors, GossipCop reports the engagement as complete rumor. The Tayloe Piggott Gallery jewelry store who allegedly tweeted the engagement news said that “'It’s a total rumor. We have nothing to substantiate it,' adding they cannot even confirm if and when the couple was in town."

Since revealing their relationship at the Utah at the Sundance Film Festival in 2007, Timberlake and Biel have been a fairly public couple, aside from the few months they spent apart. While it would be great to find out from either camp if the rumors are true, a faux-gagement could be a letdown to the stars. We'll keep you posted.
