K-Fed to Star in Reality Show
The San Francisco Chronicle reports that Kevin Federline, Britney Spears' estranged husband, is looking to remain in the spotlight by being part of a reality TV show.
Federline, the 28-year-old back-up dancer turned rapper, is currently in negotiations to star in his own reality series with Kenneth Crear, the famed producer of House of Carters, which follows the lives of pop stars Nick and Aaron Carter and their siblings.
Crear claims the show idea came from Federline, explaining, "Kevin came to me because he liked the way I shot the House of Carters series and the way I made Nick Carter look real and trustworthy." Crear will supposedly also revamp Federline's appearance as he insists the new reality show will not include the spurned husband's attack on his ex-wife. He stated, "Kevin doesn't dislike or hate Britney. The show will show him for who he is but will not smear her."
Crear says he and Federline want to create eight episodes that will last for three months on U.S. television.
Kevin Federline has some experience with reality TV, thanks to the home video series, Chaotic, which showed his pre-marital relationship with Britney Spears.
