Kanye West Case Dismissed

West's case with paparzzi dismissed on Friday

Kanye West and Amber Rose Have a Night Out!

In an exchange for a dismissal of his 2008 scuffle in a Los Angeles airport with paparazzi, rapper Kanye West along with his manager must complete 50 hours of community service.

Kanye West's attorney Blair Berk said West would carry out his community service hours with the American Red Cross.

The ruling was made by a Los Angeles judge on Friday.

At Friday's hearing Berk stated that West completed 12 one-hour sessions of anger management and also had replaced the photographer's camera. West was not present during the hearing.

It was also noted by Berk that a civil settlement was reached with the photographers last month. The photographers sent letters stating they were satisfied with the payment.

Police arrested West, 32 and Crawley, 33, on Sept. 11 2008.

On May 18, West along with road manager, Don Crawley, pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor vandalism, grand theft and battery.

After the hearing Berk announced to reporters "I'm very pleased that the court granted a dismissal of all the charges."
