Kanye West Has to Put in His 2 Cents, as Always

Kanye West is known for speaking his mind and being out of line, what with his infamous accusation of Bush hating black people, and his excessive acceptance speech regarding his late mother. Now he's really gone too far by jumping on stage to criticize Taylor Swift's victory at MTV's VMAs on Sunday. Swift was in the middle of her acceptance of the award she received for Best Female Video for her country hit, "You Belong With Me," when West obnoxiously grabbed her microphone."Beyonce's video was the best videos of all time!" he proclaimed to the audience.

Mind boggled, the dejected country singer was escorted backstage, and a baffled Beyonce was shown on screen engaging in nervous laughter.

Celebrities were all a twitter during the show; Katy Perry, Pink, Paramore singer Haley Williams, and even Spencer Pratt, star of The Hills, all tweeted their disapproval of West's stunt against the 19 year old. Kelly Clarkson also added on her blog, "Dear Kanye, what happened to you as a child?? Did you not get hugged enough??"

The unhappy story that had everyone in an uproar had a touching ending however, when Beyonce gave up her time to accept her Best Video of the Year award to let Swift come back onstage and "have her moment."
