Kanye West Won't Face Felony Charges
Kanye West will not face any felony charges for rough housing the paparazzi at Los Angeles International Airport earlier this month, the L.A. County District Attorney told E!.
There has been no word as to whether West's road manager, Don Crowley, was spared of felony charges for his part in the incident. West smashed an inexpensive camera flash, while Crowley allegedly destroyed the paparazzo's expensive camera.
However, West and Crowley aren't in the clear yet.
The case is in the hands of the L.A. City Attorney's office, which will decide by next week whether or not to pursue any misdemeanor charges, E! Online reported.
The incident occurred on September 11. The two men were busted at LAX and booked on suspicion of felony vandalism. They were released on $20,000 bail.
West had been scheduled to appear in court October 2.
