Kanye Will Return to the VMAs

Just last year, hip-hop star Kanye West vowed never to perform on the MTV VMAs again, according to MTV.com.

According to Reuters, the rapper was upset by his treatment at last year's show, when he performed on a small side stage off the main stage, and didn't win a single award for any of the five categories in which he was nominated.

West also accused the music cable network of exploiting Britney Spears after her bad performance. West was quoted by MTV.com saying that MTV "exploited Britney in helping to end her career," and that he felt as though he "got betrayed" by MTV.

Must be a love/hate kind of thing because according to the Los Angeles Times, Kanye West will indeed be at the VMAs, as he is set to close out the show. Apparently, he's back on good terms with VMA producers.
