Kat Von D Dating Jesse James

The rumors have been confirmed: Reality star and tattoo artist Kat Von D is dating West Coast Choppers CEO and TV personality Jesse James, more recently known as the former husband of actress Sandra Bullock.

The heavily tattooed Von D and James are only in the beginning of a relationship, but have been friends for a long time, reports AccessHollywood.com. Von D confirmed that the two are dating at her new gallery opening in West Hollywood.

“I think that it’s just a shame that people are interested in something that’s not so important to them,” Von D said to Access. “I think there’s a lot more positive things we could focus on and I urge everybody not to buy tabloids and watch TV.”

Scandal surrounded James life earlier this year when he openly admitted to cheating on then wife and Oscar winner, Bullock, with several women. Bullock and James were officially divorced months later.
