Katherine Heigl Describes Hot Tub Incident that Drew the Ire of Her Irate Neighbor

During her appearance on On-Air With Ryan Seacrest earlier today, actress Katherine Heigl shed details of the highly publicized hot tub incident that occurred earlier this week at her home in Los Angeles. On Tuesday night, Heigl and her husband Josh Kelley wore bathing suits and hopped into their hot tub for a romantic rendezvous that was promptly interrupted by their irate neighbor.

“The other night, my husband and I, we were chillin’ in the hot tub, it was just the two of us,” Heigl recalled Thursday, according to E!. “We had just put the baby down, it was like 8:30, 9 at night. He’s been gone, he was on tour, he was only home for three days. I wore my most ridiculous bikini, it was awesome.”

The Life as We Know It actress elaborated further by revealing that she and her husband were talking quietly and making out while listening to Kelley’s album. “[The neighbor] starts screaming at us to go inside,” she continued. “I’m like, ‘I’ve had it, I’ve had enough of this. It’s ridiculous, it’s harassment, and I’m calling the police.’”

Heigl described everyone else in the neighborhood as “so awesome” before clarifying, “This guy is always screaming at us. We’re the most boring couple in Hollywood and that’s the most scandalous thing we’ve ever done.”
