Katy Perry Off Sesame Street

Katy Perry recently performed her hit single Hot and Cold for the popular Kids show Sesame Street. The singer was donning a revealing gold bustier as a part of a skimpy "Tinkerbell" outfit. She singer's part was immediately pulled for the maturity of her look. Seseme street has been known to pull celebrity appearances for number of reasons, like a recent removal of Chris Brown from the show for a recent scandal with singer, Rihanna. Katy Perry's Axe from the show came after her performance was put on you tube prior to the show, and the rash of negative comments about her dress that resulted. The producers of the show issued a release saying "In light of the feedback we've received on the Katy Perry music video which was released on YouTube only, we have decided we will not air the segment on the television broadcast of 'Sesame Street,' which is aimed at preschoolers". Kerry has yet to comment directly on the situation she has only commented about the fun she had playing dress up with Elmo for the day.
