Keith Richards Postpones European Tour After Head Injury Caused by Fall

After a questionable head injury, due to a reportedly fall from a palm tree in Fiji, Keith Richards, guitarist for the Rolling Stones, finally returned home in the US.

Richards, who was vacationing in Fiji with wife last month, underwent surgery after complaining of headaches.

Rolling Stones' European tour, scheduled to kick off on Saturday in Barcelona, Spain, is postponed due to the adversity. According to his publicist, Richards is looking forward to hitting the road again next month and that revised dates will be updated soon.

Continuous medical treatment is still unclear when the Rolling Stones guitarist arrived at his residence in Weston, Connecticut.
