Kelly Clarkson and Joe Jonas to guest judge on "American Idol"
The first Idol and the Jonas Brothers front man are guest judging on "Idol" next season.
Joining the names of Mary J. Blige, Shania Twain and Victoria Beckham as guest judges on "American Idol" are Kelly Clarkson and Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers, according to MTV.com.
The pop princess is being reported by other sources as a guest judge on the show that launched her to superstardom, including BuddyTV.
Clarkson's appearance would mark the first time she has appeared on "American Idol" since winning the first season of the show in 2002.
While Clarkson is all but confirmed, Joe Jonas's status remains in question. Radar Online is reporting that all three of the Jonas Brothers will appear as guest judges. Radar states that the group will be appearing alongside the other judges when "Idol" hits Dallas, Texas.
