Kelly Osbourne Can Dance!

Last night, night two of season nine's premiere three-night event on "Dancing With the Stars," Kelly Osbourne exceeded everyone's expectations. Not only has she matured from her loud-mouthed teenage days into an elegant lady on the dance floor, but she can dance better than anyone would have expected!

Practice really does make perfect! Osbourne was having such a blast rehearsing for the cha cha relay with her partner Louis van Amstel, that she remarked she was "changing her name to Cha Cha."

Osbourne and Amstel received 23 points out of a possible 30 for their Viennese waltz, along with a standing ovation from the audience. The pair also came in second place in the cha cha relay, in which they competed against Melissa Joan Hart and Mark Ballas, Macy Gray and Jonathan Roberts, and Mya and Dmitry Chaplin, who won first place.

Sharon and Ozzy, Kelly's parents, watched proudly from the front row.
