Kid Rock Brawls in Waffle House

Kid Rock is not having a good year. First he gets into a altercation with Tommy Lee at the VMA's, and now he is fighting people in a Waffle House. After a show on Saturday, Rock, along with an entourage of five, entered the chain to enjoy a down home southern breakfast. When a male customer recognized the singer, he made a comment to a female who walked in with Rock. The Kid crew and the customer engaged in fisticuffs, and the fight eventually made its way outside. Rock and his mates left on their tour bus and were stopped by the police shortly after. According to Rolling Stone, they faced a misdemeanor charge of simple battery and remained in jail for about 12 hours before being released on bail. The customer was charged with a felony for criminal damage to property; the Waffle House window was broken.
