Kid Rock Hospitalized

Kid Rock, the "American Badass" and "Devil Without a Cause" himself had to bow out of a U.K. concert on Friday due to medical conditions, TMZ reports.

The musician - who was set to perform at the U.K.'s Download Festival - had to cancel at the last minute, due to stomach cramps and dehydration. He was then rushed to the hospital.

One of the Download Festival's organizers updated: "We've had the curse of Download. Kid Rock is not very well -- we've had to rush him to hospital . . . he apologizes to his fans."

The rocker's hits include "American Badass," "Only God Knows Why," "Cowboy," and a collaboration with Sheryl Crow on "Picture."

While his condition was serious enough for hospitalization, it may be nothing more than the aftereffects of another wild night out. The night before the scheduled concert, Kid Rock was reportedly seen living it up at London's Whisky Mist nightclub.
