Kiefer Sutherland Regrets Head-Butting Incident

The infamous Jack Bauer, aka Kiefer Sutherland to all those who are not 24 fans, has resolved his issues with designer Jack McCollough. On an appearance Thursday evening on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Sutherland said, "We can joke about it but it's something that I really regret having happened." McCullough has since wished Sutherland well.

On May 7, Sutherland was charged with third-degree assault after an incident at a nightclub in the Mercer Hotel in Manhattan. McCollough claimed he suffered a broken nose after an argument with Sutherland that led to the incident. Sutherland continued to discuss his character on 24 and the end of season seven with Fallon.

Now that Sutherland and McCullough have resolved their issues, hopefully that will leave room for Sutherland's third-degree assault charge to be dropped. At this time, Sutherland is set to appear in court on June 22 because of the charge against him.
