Kim Basinger Faces Charges Against Ex
Two actors fighting against each other for the custody agreement with their daughter.
Alec Baldwin is filing charges against his ex-wife, Kim Basinger because she reportedly violated their custody agreement. If Basinger is convicted she could be looking at 60 days in jail and a $12,000 fine.
Baldwin claims that his ex, neglected to tell him when their daughter was sick and when Basinger was out of town, working. He was apparently suppose to be taking care of their daughter when Basinger was away.
Baldwin also argues that Basinger is not following their visitiation rights and not allowing him to see his daughter for the amount of time that he is scheduled to.
The two actors split after seven years of marriage in 2002. Although they agreed to share custody of their daughter, the both accuse each other of not following it.
Basinger has pled not guilty though her lawyer on Wednesday.
