Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush Have Split

Kim Kardashian has split with her boyfriend of two years, New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush, People magazine reports.

The couple recently returned from a charity trip to Africa with Kardashian's sister, Khloe and were discussing moving toward marriage just last May.

And two months ago, Kardashian denied reports that she and Bush had been shopping for rings.

Sources told People that their relationship became rocky because of time spent a part.

"They never get to see each other, ever," the source said. "It's been a long time coming."

According to E! Online, they would have been apart even if they hadn't officially broken up. Bush begins his football season this week and Kardashian will start filming on season four of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

A source told E! that the two are "very sad" about the separation and that "they love each other a lot and hope someday they can make it work."
