Kim Kardashian giving back in Haiti

To get away from the divorce drama with Kris Humphries that is taking up most of her time, Kim Kardashian is heading to Haiti with the We Advance charity group.

Joining Kim on her trip are her mother, Kris Jenner, and Prime Suspect actress and co-founder of the organization, Maria Bello, reports People.

According to Daily Mail, Kim joined Maria Bello on a trip to Haiti two years ago as well.

Through We Advance, Kim will be working to help the women of Haiti. The organization focuses on the advancements in their health, safety, and well-being.

"Her intention was always to take the end of the year to focus on some of the other things that are important to her and this trip was one," reveals a source.

The source adds: "[Kim's] father instilled in her and her siblings that every little bit counts and she always tries to do as much as she can -- whether it's privately or whether it's something that she can use her platform for -- to help.”

Right now Kim is known for her 72 day marriage to Humphries. Along with doing good and getting away for a while, this trip could help bring her reputation up.
