Kimmel Takes Notes From Letterman

Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman are not together. The couple had been dating on and off again for five years when Kimmel broke up with Silverman in March .

Recently Kimmel has found love again in Molly McNearney. McNearney, 31, and Kimmel, 41, have been dating for several months now.

Kimmel's new Irish girlfriend is an employee for his ABC "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" McNearney joined the staff in 2003 as an assistant to the executive producer. In 2006 she became a writer for the show and was promoted in May 2008 as head writer.

A source makes it clear that there isn't any shady business like the Letterman situation. "During work hours, they keep things professional," the insider said.

The host's representatives have confirmed the news.

This is Kimmel's first relationship since his split with Silverman. Before McNearney and Silverman was Jimmy Kimmel's wife Gina who's marriage ended in 2002 after 14 years.
