KISS’s Simmons Sued
KISS frontman/bassist Gene Simmons is charged with assault.
Musician Gene Simmons’s hot head has gotten him in some hot water. According to E!, Nathan Marlowe and his wife, Cynthia Manzo, are suing the 60-year-old KISS front man for threatening and assaulting them. The two claim Simmons attacked them after they approached him during his performance at L.A.’s The Grove mall asking his opinion on monogamy (Simmons has been known to brag about his many female conquests). The Family Jewels star allegedly assaulted Marlowe and grabbed his camcorder. When Manzo got involved, the two say Simmons attacked her too. The couple slapped Simmons back with a $25,000 lawsuit for assault, battery, and infliction of emotional distress.
