Kris Allen prepared for album release

Allen settles into his newfound fame and is ready to share his album with fans.

Thursday, the "American Idol" winner Kris Allen prepares to release his album in November, via his twitter. For this album, he's worked with songwriters such as Claude Kelly, David Hodges and Salaam Remi. The second runner-up, Adam Lambert, is said to be releasing his debut album around the same time as Allen.

Even with release dates up-and-coming, Allen has taken to life in the limelight pretty well. After marriage to his girlfriend in September, he has been quite busy. Allen told the Boston Herald, "There's not a whole lot of sleep, and you're not on any kind of schedule. You arrive in some places at 5 or 6 in the morning, then some places at 1 or 2 — it's always different. But every night is totally worth it." He's able to step on stage with confidence and ease; no more getting nervous. Allen has even become accustomed to certain questions about his personal life and relationship with Lambert.
