On Friday, Kris Jenner, wife of former Olympian Bruce Jenner and mother of Kim Kardashian, stepped into public view for the first time since her facelift last month.
According to Daily Mail, the 55-year-old mother of six was all smiles as she paraded around Calabasas, California, and stopped inside of her daughters' store, D-A-S-H, to do a bit of shopping.
Access Hollywood reports that Jenner's entire facelift operation was filmed. Footage of the surgery, as well as the recovery time afterward can be seen on the upcoming season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the reality show that follows around the members of the family.
Jenner was wearing large sunglasses when she first emerged, leading some to believe that she was covering her face because she was unhappy with the results of the surgery. But when she went indoors and took the glasses off, it became apparent that this was not the case.
"To be even more beautiful for Kim's wedding, I performed a Format Face Pinnacle Lift on Kris Jenner. This is a very customized premium quality, natural face rejuvenation procedure designed to freshen up and open the eyes, elevate the cheeks, and provide youthful contours to the jaw line and neck," Dr. Garth Fisher, Jenner's surgeon said.
"This procedure allows quick healing. She looked gorgeous before of course and looks absolutely stunning now and is very happy with the results," he added.
