From recent adventures, it appears that Kristen Bell is fearless. On her trip to South Africa, Bell took a little time out of learning about the importance of water conservation to swim with the fish.
Fish is actually a bit of an understatement. The 31-year old star participated in a cage dive with great white sharks!
According to Starpulse.com, the petite star wasn’t even scared!
“The cage made me feel invincible! I was more concerned with the temp of the H20, which was frigid!” Bell reported.
This should be good practice for her next movie. Bell will star in Big Miracle as a Green Peace volunteer who goes to incredible lengths to rescue a family of grey whales that become trapped in the Arctic Circle.
Bell is also an avid supporter of nature in real life. According to Yahoo!, the actress is a brand ambassador for Neutrogena Naturals.
Bell informs fans of the importance of water conservation and what they can do to help with the issue.
"There are tiny choices that everyone can make that profoundly affect our collective water use," Bell explained. "Like not having the tap on while brushing your teeth, not starting your shower ten minutes in advance, not doing laundry until you have a full load. In this particular issue, education really is power."
