Lachey Denies Rumors Over New Album

Nick Lachey is vehemently denying rumors that some of the tracks on his upcoming album are attacking her estranged wife, Jessica Simpson. The Newlyweds stars divorced last year after three years of marriage. Lachey says that the track "What's Left of Me" places the blame for their marital problems on himself and not on Simpson. The 32-year-old pop singer fights, "It's not in any way vindictive or an assault on her. In a lot of ways, it's more of an assault on me. Jessica knows I still love her." Another track on the album "I Can't Love You Anymore" also talks about Lachey and Simpson's failed marriage.
