Ladies Have Trouble Bringing the Sexy to Dancing

Many of the Ladies on ABC's hit show Dancing with the Stars did not dance up to the judges standards

Last night's Dancing with the Stars offered some surprise talents, but often left the judges wanting more "sexy," especially in the case of the typically disgruntled Len Goodman.

Debi Mazar was the first to perform, and she started the night off on a low note, receiving only 16 points out of 30 for her salsa. Also performing salsa were swimsuit model Kathy Ireland, who ironically wasn't able to bring a sexy flair to the dance, Olympics swimmer Natalie Coughlin, who was applauded by Carrie Ann Inabo and Bruno Tonioli, but criticized once again for not being steamy enough for Goodman, and model Joanna Krupa, who was the only one to provide Len with the sexy he had been desperately seeking, who received the nights' highest score of a 24.

Former television star Melissa Joan Hart, Kelly Osbourne, and singers Mya and Macy Gray all danced the Viennese waltz. Surprisingly, the usually punk and hard core Osbourne delivered a classy performance that landed her just one point behind Krupa with a score of 23. Gray was not as fortunate and was criticized by Inabo for her technique. She was awarded a dismal 15 points, the lowest score of all the contestants. Joan Hart and Mya fell in the middle with 18 and 21 points respectively.

The relay added more points to Joanna's already high score. Once again, Gray disappointed and her standing was not helped by this round. In the end, Joanna took the lead with 34 points, followed by Osbourne and Mya who each earned 31 points to tie for second place. Gray was only able to scrape up 19 points, landing her in last place. The other contestants fell in between these extremes. Tonight, at 8 on ABC, one male and one female will be sent home.
