On June 10, Lady Gaga found herself in Jerry Seinfeld’s private box at Shea Stadium during a game in the subway series between the Yankees and the Mets.
Seinfeld called Lady Gaga a "jerk" during a WFAN radio interview. He wasn't even aware that Lady Gaga would be taking over his suite.
"This woman is a jerk. I hate her. I can't believe they put her in my box, which I paid for."
The young singer was wearing no more than a bra and a baseball jersey equipped with a beer in hand. She was originally seated in the first row at the stadium before she gave photographers and fans the finger.
"You give people the finger and you get upgraded? Is that the world we're living in now?"
The comedian added, "I wish her the best. You take one 'A' off of that and you've got gag."
"I don't know what these young people think or how they promote their careers... I'm not one of these all-publicity-is-good people. People talk about you need exposure -- you could die of exposure."
