Lady Gaga's Dress to Become Jerky
The famous dress will be dried out, never to be worn again.
Much to most people’s surprise—and quite possibly disgust, Franc Fernandez, the designer behind Lady Gaga’s meat dress, has announced that it will be turned into jerky.
According to popeater.com, the Argentinian told E! News Online that the “dress will go through a process where it becomes a sort of ‘jerky,’ and it will be archived.”
Apparently, the meat will dry out instead of rotting; as for donning the dress again? Fernandez says that’s a big negative.
Nearly 50 pounds of meat were used to create the dress for Gaga; but Fernandez has no plans to create this type of dress again.
“This was made for a specific purpose. It’s what it is.”
