Lance Armstrong announces baby news on Twitter

One-sentence blogging website Twitter is a useful tool between communicating friends and even for the news of celebrities as Lance Armstrong has announced the birth of his forth son, Max via a tweet on his Twitter account. This was after the cycling competition Giro D'Italia, according to the Associated Press. Armstrong also posted a photo of his newborn. Anna Hansen, Armstrong's girlfriend, said back in June that she was expecting. Armstrong also has three other children from a previous marriage.

Seattlepi.com reports that Armstrong has already set up a Twitter account for his new son. For his birth announcement, Armstrong said as if in the baby's words, "My name is Max Armstrong and I've just arrived. My mommy is healthy and so am I!"

Lance Armstrong is a cancer survivor and already a seven-time Tour de France winner, a feat he hopes to accomplish again next year.
