Lauren Conrad Is Done with "The Hills"

From "Laguna Beach" to the Hollywood "Hills," Lauren Conrad is done with reality television.

Fans of the MTV reality show, The Hills, won't be happy to know that the show is coming to an end.

According to People.com, reality star Lauren Conrad spoke to Seventeen magazine about her show, and said that it's time for The Hills to come to an end.

"My biggest thing with the show was that I wanted to walk away from it while it's still a great thing," she said. "I always want to remember it that way. I gave MTV a deadline and said, 'This is as long as I can do it and stay sane.'"

Conrad said that the upcoming season five will be the finale for The Hills and its stars. However, the reality star mentioned that she'd learned some lessons from her time on television, particularly about her dating life.

"I think there was a time when I let a guy, if not several guys, walk all over me — which I would never let happen now," she told Seventeen magazine. "I've grown to realize you can't allow yourself to be a victim."

After bringing her previous boyfriends on camera for the world to see, Conrad has chosen to keep her latest fling off screen. She's been spending time with actor Kyle Howard, but she's quick to point out that they're not officially dating.

"He's a friend," she said. "I'm a fan of labels, but girlfriend doesn't always look good on me. Ha!"
